Industrial Evolution holds limited quantities of stock in our warehouse. If your item is in stock we will dispatch your order within 3 business days. If the item needs to be manufactured to order, processing time is 10-15 business days. Please note delivery time-frames are in addition to the above processing times.
Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post and TNT Australia as our carriers, and ship Monday to Friday (excluding Australian Public Holidays). Postage & Handling Australia wide is between $22.00-$49.50 for up to 40kgs, and is calculated based on the size of the order. Delivery can take 1-5 business days depending on the shipping location. Rural areas incur additional delivery times and may incur additional fees.
All freight charges to international addresses are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel(s) and location of the shipping address. All international parcels will be sent either via Australia Post or TNT.

At Industrial Evolution we update our site and product availabilities regularly to ensure no two customers have bought the same item. However, if this does occur Industrial Evolution will notify you as soon as it is recognised and will organise a replacement or refund.
Tracking is available on all orders. To track your order simply follow the link provided in the shipping email sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can also find shipment details under the 'Orders' section of your account.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange provided that the item is in its original condition. This means the item must be unused, not have been damaged or altered and all labels still attached. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change on mind.
To organise an exchange please email email@example.com to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number. All returns must have an RA Number otherwise they will be sent back to the sender. The item must be received by Industrial Evolution within 10 business days from when the item was dispatched from Industrial Evolution.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error. We will not issue a refund or process an exchange for any lost return packages. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method/registered post as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Faulty or incorrectly sent items
If an item is faulty or we have incorrectly sent you the wrong item, then Industrial Evolution will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Industrial Evolution will also cover the cost of return shipping. If you choose a replacement, then this will be shipped at no cost to you once the returned item has been received. If there is no replacement available, then you will receive a full refund.
