New Idea:

In 2003, Brett Franzi noticed how mounting of standard size monitors & laptops in vehicle pose many issues: devices becoming projectiles when braking, where to mount computers without drilling holes and creating a bracketed structure that impacted on the vehicle surrounds. A solution that is quick, easy for reseller to provide the computer, software and mount as one kit without the need to engage with the client, and time spent resolving mounting issues. 21 prototypes and 2 years later - Industrial Evolution has created the world's first Innovative invention the Surfboard.

Product Compliance:

The Surfboard has been sled tested with 8kg loaded computer mounted on the swivel knuckle assembly at 20G force both side and frontal impact. (Roads & Traffic Authority (RTA) at Huntingdale, Australia). The surfboard shows under impact the product has not become a projectile or shattered under impact.
